Whether teaching theatre or trans studies, practice or theory, I integrate the why and the how to nurture self-motivated learners who value independence and interdependence. I won the 2025 Capstone PhD Teaching Award at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, awarded annually to 10 of over 2,000 graduate student instructors.
